nemezis design - what you see here, does not exist

Quoting one of my mentors "a model can be optimized indefinitely, so there has to be point, where the artist decides to go no further"... So that I decided is now the final bathroom, especially as I need to attend to other projects as well. But I believe it is a fairly good result. Details are nearing the end. Apparently all furniture seem to be in place. So some adjustment on the lighting, exterior and materials is due, then the production quality can be rendered.
